Werrington Village Surgery welcome Dr Wigdan Ahmed .  Dr Wigdan Ahmed is a qualified Doctor having previously worked at the Royal Stoke Hospital, she is undertaking additional training to specialise in General Practice.

Urine Samples

When dropping off a urine sample please ensure you have completed a patient form, otherwise the sample cannot be processed.  You would be amazed at how many samples get dropped off ( or even posted through the letter box) with no patient information.


 Patient Participation Group

We are always looking for new members to join the Patient Participation Group at the surgery.  If you would like to be involved or the be sent information please leave your e-mail address with reception.

We are currently looking at setting up a virtual  patient group

Other quality initiatives currently available are direct feedback to reception staff, a complaints box together with Complaints/Suggestions  forms, available in practice.  Or if you wish to discuss any issues of concern you can ask to speak to the reception manager or practice manager.  If you wish to remain anonymous your confidence will be respected.
